JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.11.2014 in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 376(A) and 494 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2014 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. Though the case is said to have been instituted on 01.11.2014 but as per F.I.R. the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place three or four months prior to institution of the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Sherghati (Gaya), in connection with Amas P.S.
