The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47-A of the Excise Act.

As per allegation, the police has recovered 240 liters of illegal spirit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 21.4.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Shankar Mani, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in Thawa P.S. Case No.44 of
