JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 85 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegations made in the First Information Report that the petitioners assaulted the physically challenged informant mercilessly with lathi while he was going to attend call of nature, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, their application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
