JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.05.2014, on the accusation that two live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession and petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases but submissions on behalf of the petitioner is that all the above stated cases were registered in the year 2010 and petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in the above stated cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera at Samastipur in
