02. 21.10.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.
It is contended that allegedly about seven litres of foreign liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is further contended that the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2016 and his antecedent is clean. It is also submitted that the charge-sheet has been submitted.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Kutub Khan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten
