The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Navanagar P.S. Case No. 152/2014 for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution story, in brief, as per the fardbeyan of Anil Sah, is that while he was returning from the market, three miscreants came and assaulted, and further snatched away Rs.1,15,150/-.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.nor any incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade.
It has been further submitted that the petitioner is in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18875 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 2 / 2 custody since 27-2-2015.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the name of the petitioner has figured in course of investigation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Manoj Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in Navanagar P.S. Case No. 152/2014.
