The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation and further that petitioners had come well prepared with arms, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39955 of 2014 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 rejected.
However, if the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail within a period of two weeks, the Court below may consider the regular bail application of the petitioners without being prejudiced by the present order.
