It happens to be a case of gang rape and during course thereof, two persons arrived there and molested the victim. On hue and cry raised by the victim, people arrived and one Deepak Kumar was apprehended, who disclosed identity of his accomplice as well as also disclosed that Bhura @ Bhura Yadav @ Indradeo Yadav and Ramjee to be the culprit of molestation. The bail of Ramjeet Ray @ Ramji Ray is found rejected vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.12108 of 2015 and the case of petitioner stood on similar footing.
