The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case no. 17 of 2017 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. As per prosecution case, the petitioner along with five other accused persons named in the F.I.R. were apprehended by the police near AI-Haffiz College where they have assembled for committing dacoity.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no arms and ammunitions have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather only Rs. 10 was recovered from his possession. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39672 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 30931 of 2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P.S.
