The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 412 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a country made pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from the room of the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession or his room. He is in custody since 5.7.2021 and has no criminal antecedent under the Arms Act.

No.66614 of 2021(2) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R. together with the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 9 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case no.260 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
