The petitioner seeks bail in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 269 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to have been arrested while preparing for committing dacoity and one country made pistol along with other articles was recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 25.10.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about eight months, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18351 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sikrahna at Motihari, East Champaran in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 269 of 2014.
