JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-10-2016 Heard Sri Arvind Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 23.2.2016 in Deo P.S. Case No. 22 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 188, 427, 307, 353, 120(B), 124 (A) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and he has been made accused due to the reason that earlier in some cases he was accused.

Antecedent of the petitioner has been mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the petition which indicates that he is accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43010 of 2016 (2) dt.19-10-2016 2/2 in about four cases relating to serious offences. Keeping in view the nature of accusation as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
