The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 279 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 457, 380, 411, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except mobile nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, nor he was put on T.I.P., and he remained in jail custody about five months.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner has not named in the F.I.R.,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40219 of 2016 (4) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga, in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 279 of 2016.
