The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.403 of 2017, registered for offences alleged under Sections 387 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police has arrested this petitioner on mere suspicion and nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal history.

Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner was one of the persons who had gone to the place of tender and he

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44349 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 along with others were likely to cause disturbance in the tender process.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Rahul Rai be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S.
