The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar Industrial Area) P.S. Case No.29 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story is that a written petition filed by the informant Kamlesh Kumar alleging inter-alia that on 13.02.2019, daughter of the informant, namely, Shaili Kumari aged about 15 years has gone for the tuition along with her girl friend Kajal Kumari but the informant's daughter and Kajal Kumari have not returned. The informant and father of Kajal Kumari started searching of their daughters. Then they contacted with their girl friend Jyoti Kumari who told that both

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51145 of 2019(4) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 victims had gone for moving to any place with both the above named accused persons. Thereafter, the victims could not be trace out and both girls are still missing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. lodged after delay of eight days of the occurrence and further submits that the petitioner is student. Since the victims could not be traced out, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.
