In these cases, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2015 registered
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16777 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/3 for offences under sections 419/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made by the informant that when he had got down from the train at Pawapuri Station, a unknown person approached him and gave impression that he was going to Giriyak and all the persons boarded a car bearing Regd. No. BR21-S-6596 and after some time, the informant was brought to ask him to hand over Rs. 2,00,000/- which was for distribution for the old age pension. It has been alleged that the accused persons have taken away the money which the informant was carrying. The counsel for the petitioners submits that completely unnatural story has been mentioned in the first information report and so much so that on the alleged day of occurrence, petitioners were present before the Election Officer for scrutiny of the paper of election. It has been submitted that petitioners have been made accused on account of the political rivalry and deserve to be enlarged on bail. Petitioners are in custody since 16/17.02.2015.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in 2nd week of August 2015 on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif,
