JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to efflux of time, the application has become infructuous.

It is submitted that the application was filed for quashing the First Information Report, but, in the meantime, the investigating officer has submitted charge-sheet in this case and after taking cognizance of the offence even application for discharge has been dismissed.

In view of the above submissions, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
