JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 11-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Deceased who was a carpenter was done to death and for that informant, Dharmendra Kumar maternal uncle of deceased had pinpointed these two petitioners to be assailant. From bare perusal of case diary, it is evident that none is an eye witness to occurrence though some sort of motive is found duly exposed against accused persons at the end of the witnesses.

Accordingly, petitioners Umesh Mistry, Sukhdeo Mistry each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S.
