JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1, namely, Uma Shankar Rai was arrested before 30.08.2019, on which date the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.

Having considered the fact, the order dated 30.08.2019 is modified to the extent that the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no.1, namely, Uma Shankar Rai stood dismissed as having become infructuous as he had already been arrested before 30.08.2019.

This order shall be read as part of order dated 30.08.2019.
