In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No.26 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 294, 337, 338, 427, 295 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. For the same incident, another case being Rohtas P.S. Case No.27 of 2018 has also been registered.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56532 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 As per the F.I.R. two group of persons have entered into an altercation in connection with immersion of idol. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that no specific allegation has been made against these petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Dehri, in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No.26 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
