The petitioner seeks bail in Tajpur P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that she came across with the petitioner and fell in love and married with the petitioner. The informant lived with the petitioner for quite sometime, but thereafter her marriage was solemnized with one Babloo Mahto. Babloo Mahto came to know about the first marriage of the informant. The informant filed the complaint case no. 315 of 2015 against the petitioner and others under Section 498A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.18404 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Nitin Kaushik, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur in Tajpur P.S.
