JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 19-10-2016 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 274 of 2015 registered, inter alia, under Sections 376, 387 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21773 of 2016.

Regard being had to the observations made in my previous order dated 20.05.2016, I see no reason to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
