One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner had filed complaint case against police official prior to registration of this FIR and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner in the present case as well as some other case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as other submissions of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-VII, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case No.105 of 2016.
