Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 195 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal history.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year in custody or framing of charge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55408 of 2022(2) dt.23-12-2022 2/2 whichever is later, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-V cum A.C.J.M. Sasaram, District-Rohtas in connection with Kochas Police Station Case No. 195 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Kochas Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
