The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 354B, 307, 337, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the submission that there is a case and counter case and the instant case was instituted after a day of institution of first information report against the members of the prosecution party as also the fact that all the injuries, except one, are simple in nature and the grievous injury is also

No.55532 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 not on the vital part of the body, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- 1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
