The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The stolen vehicle was recovered from the lonely place. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 12.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Parasbigha P.S.Case No. 119 of 2014.
