JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 408/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/325/498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that husband of the alleged victim has already been taken into custody (Annexure-2).

Considering the submissions of the parties and taking into consideration the general and omnibus allegations levelled against the petitioners who are mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the alleged victim, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
