2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur O.P) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act,

3. The petitioner and other are said to have assaulted the victim causing two injuries.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2024. There is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner has got two criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed.

7. Let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st class Vaishali at Hajipur in Raghopur ( Rustampur O.P.) P.S.Case No. 68 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to mark their attendance at Raghopur Police Station on 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
