This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 10.09.2021, in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 374 of 2011 passed by the Court of Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai, by which learned Judge has taken cognizance under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
