The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 379, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant suspects that F.I.R. named accused persons alongwith some unknown persons committed the murder of Kaushalya Devi (grand mother-in-law of informant) by strangulation.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation and only material, which has come against the petitioner, is that he was in regular touch with co-accused Tunia Devi.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
