Interlocutory Application No. 01 of 2023 has been filed for substitution of the legal heirs of petitioner no. 5 namely Bali Ram Singh.

2. For the reasons stated in the application and affidavit, Interlocutory Application No. 01 of 2023 stands allowed.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners is hereby directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with respect to legal heirs of petitioner no. 5 namely Bali Ram Singh with his wife namely Mamta Devi as mentioned in para 4 of the Interlocutory Application No. 01 of 2023.

4. The present MJC-Contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 01.04.2022 passed in CWJC No. 9121 of 2021. Petitioners had approached this Court without approaching the concerned official respondents.

5. Be that as it may, petitioners were given opportunity to file a representation and it was required to be considered by the concerned authority. The same has been considered on 29.11.2023 and it has been placed on record as

Patna High Court MJC No.2369 of 2023(3) dt.10-05-2024 3/3 Annexure-R/2 to the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3. Accordingly, proceedings of the present MJCContempt petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to question the impugned action of respondent in accordance with law.
