The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. There is very specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired killing father of the informant on the spot. Considering the fact aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

It is submitted that the police has already submitted charge-sheet.

The court in seisin of the case is directed to commit the case to the court of sessions forthwith and the learned Sessions Judge shall make efforts for conclusion of the trial holding the trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19628 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 on day-to-day basis within a year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
