The petitioner, Ram Pravesh Yadav, is in custody since 20.06.2016 in Jehanabad P.S. Case No.304 of 2007, G.R. No.1670 of 2007, trial No.36 of 2016 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC.

According to the prosecution case, this petitioner and coaccused intoxicated the father of the informant and obtained the sale deed with respect to the property of the informant. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of detention, I direct that the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge III, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad
