The petitioner is in custody in Bihta P.S.Case No. 668 of 2013 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 /4 of D.P.Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of committing the murder of the deceased for non- fulfillment of additional demand of dowry.

On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2014.Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Further, it is submitted that the case has not yet been committed to the Court of Sessions.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to take all steps to conclude the trial of the case preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
