Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have been caught with stolen mobile for which petitioner is in jail custody since 12.6.2016. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that informant lodged this case with exaggerated story and nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran at Chapra in Chapra Rail P.S.
