The petitioner has filed this petition for grant of bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No.79 of 2011 registered under Section 302 and other Sections of IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 24.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39304 of 2016. The direction was given to the trial Court to conclude the trial within nine months. Report was called for. It appears that S.P., Munger reported that six witnesses including the informant have already examined and only official witnesses and investing officer are to be examined.

It appears that the trial is at the very fag end. Accordingly, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and the same is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50740 of 2017 (4) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 rejected.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial forthwith preferably within three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
