JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is indecisiveness on the part of the respondents in taking decision on the claim of the petitioner in the matter of compassionate appointment.

Father of the petitioner died in harness on 14.12.2009. Thereafter, petitioner filed application for appointment on compassionate ground within time yet the respondents are sitting tight over the matter and they have not taken any decision one way or the other.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16790 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate order with regard to claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with law at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
