The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 20, 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

From the possession of the petitioner 1 K.G. and 200 Gms. Ganja was recovered and for that the petitioner has remained in jail for about four months.

It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that a small quantity of Ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that he has already remained in jail, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
