JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. No one appears for the opposite party no.2 despite service of notice. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for offence under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner no.1 is husband of opposite party no.2, whereas petitioner no.2 is father of petitioner no.1. In paragraph no.9 of the bail petition, petitioners have averred that petitioner no.1 is ready to keep opposite party no.2 with full dignity and honour.

In view of aforesaid undertaking, let the petitioners as mentioned above, in the event of surrender within six weeks from today, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Complaint Case No. 1006/2018, subject to the conditions laid
