Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 363, 366(A), 385 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he kidnapped the minor daughter of the petitioner on false pretext and demanded Rs. 50,000/- and a motorcycle.

On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.04.2015. The alleged date of occurrence is 27.03.2013 but the cased was instituted on 06.09.2013. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after completion of seven month in custody from 13.4.2015.

No.27471 of 2015 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State it is submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that petitioner has established physical relationship with the victim. Considering the aforesaid facts it is directed that the petitioner may be released after completing seven months in custody from 13.04.2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 276 of 2013.
