The petitioners seek bail in a case under section 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. The present case has been lodged for committing dacoity on a truck and money from the driver of the truck. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. The names of the petitioners figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Bare Mian. Petitioner no. 1 is in jail custody since 21.10.2014 and petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 22.08.2014 but they have not been put on T.I. parade. Co-accused Bare Mian has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20021 of 2015 (2) dt.17-06-2015 21455 of 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge Vth, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 519 of 2013.
