The petitioner seeks bail in Kako P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was married with the deceased on 10.12.2013 and the wife of the petitioner was killed on 07.03.2014 within four months of the marriage. The wife of the petitioner was strangulated to death. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner was torturing his wife. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20573 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
