Petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Towan P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that FIR was lodged after four days of the occurrence and this petitioner has been implicated after one month of the occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on remand the petitioner is in custody since 11.5.2019. Considering the fact that there is delay of four days in lodging the FIR, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57048 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019.
