Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within the stipulated time, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 448/ 341/ 323/ 325/ 326/ 307/ 354/ 504/ 506 of the IPC.

Earlier, vide order dated 22.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23136 of 2021, petitioner was granted bail by this Court with an observation to verify the criminal antecedent of petitioner before accepting the bail bonds.

During verification, it was found that the petitioner has

Thereafter, a modification application vide Cr. Misc. No.51477 of 2021 was filed to modify the order passed in Cr. Misc. No.23136 of 2021 but the same was dismissed vide order dated 15.09.2021.

The petitioner has now filed this application for bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner was granted bail on merits but his bail bond could not be accepted due to the criminal antecedent. Now at para-3 of the bail application, it is mentioned that petitioner has one criminal antecedent, as such, he may be enlarged on bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No.206 of 2020.
