Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 363/365/323/504/506/34 of the IPC.

In compliance of the order dated 18.09.2024, the petitioner is physically present in the Court with his wife (informant's daughter) and child. They admit that they are leading happy conjugal life.

In the aforesaid background, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61062 of 2024(3) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.188 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
