The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Arms Act.

It is submitted that two country made pistols and live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner has remained in jail for ten months. No other case under Arms Act is pending against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in Kateya P.S.
