22.500 litres of countrymade wine has been seized from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 27.05.2016. As per para-3, petitioner lacks criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Jwala Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sikarhana, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasan P.S.
