Case No. 86/2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Considering the submissions that there is general and omnibus allegation made in the F.I.R. and also that the petitioner is father-in-law, having no specific role to play in the act, let the above named petitioner, in case of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Desari P.S.Case No 86/2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
