The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 420, 406 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner was Executive Director of the OCPL Chit Fund Company. Many persons deposited their money but the depositor did not get their return. It is submitted that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Other accused persons, namely, Pravin Kumar Singh, Barun Kumar Singh, Sanjay Singh, Surendra Mishra, Rajesh Singh and Ashish Ghatak have already been granted bail.
Considering the facts that all other similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail and the petitioner is in jail since 13.01.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be
