JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2023 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Circle Officer, Puraini, District-Madhepura to dispose off the encroachment proceedings, initiated by him vide Encroachment Case No.03 of 2022-23.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14377 of 2022(2) dt.09-05-2023 2/2 petitioner, in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the Circle Officer, Puraini, District-Madhepura to dispose off the aforesaid encroachment case, by passing the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in case the same has not already been passed, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
